How can I get a refund for defective products upon arrival or production?

We here at Mesmerizing Aromas LLC understand that things can happen so if you receive a product that is defective and or broken on delievery do not hesitate to contact us on further instructions to get refunded and ship out the defective product back to us. My product has not arrived, what should I do?

If you have not received your product by the said date on tracking please reach out to USPS directly to see if it could have been delievered to your assigned Postal Office or its delayed. Here you can track and manage your order: https://www.usps.com/manage/ Your Tracking number will be emailed to you once shipment has been processed

How long does it take to build out a Candle?

Candles are completed within 24 hours and allowed to cure for no less then 24 hours prior to shipping. This allows us to make sure your product has the right scent strenght and throw. Mesmerizing Aromas LLC stands by its product and will never sell a defective unit purposely.
